Bright and panoramic Large apartment on the mezzanine floor consisting of a living area which includes the entrance, living-dining room and kitchen, and a sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower cubicle. The living area consists of a kitchen equipped with oven, hob, kettle, toaster, fridge, Moka coffee maker, kitchen utensils, dining area, sofa bed for 2 people; the sleeping area consists of a double bedroom, bedroom with French double bed, bathroom with shower; present air conditioning and Wi-Fi. On the terrace there is an area equipped for eating outdoors. The terrace overlooks the garden, the living area and the sleeping area overlook the swimming pool with a view of Gran Sasso, Maiella and Monti Gemelli.

The laundry room with washing machine is on the ground floor and shared with the other apartments in the villa.
