Bright large apartment on the mezzanine floor consisting of a living area which includes the entrance, living-dining room and kitchen, and a sleeping area composed of two bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower cubicle. The living area consists of a kitchen equipped with oven, hob, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, Moka coffee maker, kitchen utensils, dining area, 2-seater sofa bed; the sleeping area is made up of a double bedroom, bedroom with single and a half bed, bathroom with shower cubicle; present air conditioning and Wi-Fi. On the terrace there is an area equipped for eating outdoors. The laundry room with washing machine is on the ground floor and shared with the other apartments in the villa. Part of the sleeping area overlooks the swimming pool with a view of Gran Sasso, Maiella and Monti Gemelli.
